How does it feel to lose your freedom? In this experimental Documentary I tried capturing and displaying it using VFX.
For my graduation film at the Audiovisual Specialist program, I was granted complete creative freedom to explore any subject of my choice. I decided to use this freedom to focus on individuals who lack such liberties and examine its impact on them, particularly how it manifests visually.
Since emotions are often difficult to articulate with words and can be better shown through visuals, I made the choice to tell the story using visual effects since these can often look dreamy in a weird kind of way that fit this project perfectly!
